Business Head – Content Distribution on Mobile & IPTV; will be reporting to the CEO
2. Job Description
1. Responsible for developing clients for ZEEL content (Digital) on mobile & IPTV platforms.
2. Responsible for business planning, formulating strategies and policies, their implementation and ensuring achievement of sales and financial numbers: meet quarterly and annual revenue and market share targets
3. Manage distribution/ institutional sales and meet the target for addition of new clients on quarterly and annual basis
4. Will be responsible for quality of clients, after-sales-support and all client relationships
5. Should be able to give feedback to content team about existing and new clients’ expectations on genre and quality of programmes and transmission quality
6. Keep track of competitive activities and generate necessary MIS for reporting and review with the CEO
7. Keep abreast of technological developments that are likely to affect our business: liaison with telecom operators and the Internal Technical Team for feasibility & testing of the network
8. Keep track of new products and services introduced by competition
9. Work closely with marketing and programming teams about future programming strategy
10. Develop an engaged & cohesive distribution team; establish performance goals and direct the team in achieving the same.

Meet the budgeted quarterly and annual revenue targets, and achieve the targeted percentage of market-share .

a. Educational Qualifications – Post Graduate in Sales and Distribution Management.
b. Relevant Experience - Should have minimum experience of 10 years in sales out of which 5 years should be in a telecom industry / online B2B and B2C sales
