2. Job Description
1. Responsible for developing clients in different user sectors for 2-way Radio communication products for voice, data and text --- e.g. Hospitality industry, Airlines, Police, Government Agencies, large public and private enterprises and so on
2. Should provide support for existing and new businesses in the defined market area, targeting small, medium and large business customers throughout the territory
3. Responsible for business planning, formulating strategies and policies, their implementation and ensuring achievement of sales and financial numbers: meet quarterly and annual revenue, profit and market share targets
4. Manage distribution/ institutional sales and meet the target for addition of new clients on quarterly and annual basis
5. Creating world class infrastructure, keeping abreast of new technology and upgrading it
6. Will be responsible for quality of clients, after sales support and all client relationships
7. Keep track of competitive activities and review the same with the CEO
8. Keep track of new products and services introduced by competition
9. Keep abreast of technological developments that are likely to affect our business: liaison
with all Service Providers and the Internal Technical Team for feasibility & testing of the network
10. Develop an engaged & cohesive team across functions and be able to hire
people based on talents required.

6. Skills and Knowledge
Should possess a strong understanding of the cellular, two-way radio, data and text industry, with a strong focus on direct sales to business customers .
Proven track record in sales and business development in telecom and communication business, with excellent contact among users of similar products.
a. Educational Qualifications – Post Graduate in Sales and Distribution Management. Preferably a basic Engineering degree in Communication.
b. Relevant Experience - Should have minimum experience of 10 years in sales, out of which 5 years should be in Communication Equipment or Telecom industry, with job profile similar to our requirement.
