2. Job Description
1. Responsible for developing customers in different user sectors
2. Responsible for business planning, formulating strategies and policies, their implementation and ensuring achievement of sales and financial numbers: meet quarterly and annual revenue, profit and market share targets
3. Manage distribution/ institutional sales and meet the target for addition of new customers on quarterly and annual basis
4. Responsible for quality of clients and all client relationships
5. Responsible for effective operation of the Refinery, within overall cost and efficiency parameters
6. Responsible for standardizing operating practices and processes
7. Creating world class infrastructure, keeping abreast of new technology and upgrading it
8. Keep track of competitive activities and review the same with the CEO
9. Establish the performance goals, allocate resources and assist in setting policies
10. Develop an engaged & cohesive team across functions and be able to hire people based on talents required

a. Educational Qualifications – Post Graduate in Management, with basic degree in commerce or science.
b. Relevant Experience - Should have minimum experience of 10 years in metal industry, out of which 5 years should be in metal trading/marketing business, with job profile similar to our requirement
