Job Description

Identify IT infrastructure requirements:

  • Understand the business / system needs pertaining to procurement of hardware, software, enhancement of existing infrastructure etc
  • Identify business core / critical system / processes and priorities
  • Develop policies and guidelines for implementation of IT Strategy

·         Responsible for research in the area of New Technologies to identify and introduce new solutions and approaches that serve as business propositions for the new future

 

Smooth running of IT Infrastructure.     

  • Responsible for improvement and tightening of network security, data security and access control of systems.
  • Ensure timely implementation and enhancement of Business support and Control systems
  • Ensure that back-ups are proper and up time for hardware LAN, WAN and Security.
  • Provide service for remote support, including Service Desk services, remote support, procurement and Security Administration. Develop the necessary tools and processes to provide high quality services to meet or exceed business expectations.

 

Scalable IT infrastructure as per projected business needs    

  • Study and review the technology improvement and scalability requirements
  • Upgrade the existing technology as per the business need

Skills and Knowledge
    
    a. Educational Qualifications – B.Tech/ Diploma in Electronic and Communication with MCSE/CCNA


    b. Relevant Experience - Should have minimum experience of 12-14 years in Infrastructure Management.

Job Description

 

  • Direct Taxation
  • Ensure calculation, deduction, deposit, issue of certificate of TDS, PF, ESI, FBT & service tax
  • Return filing within prescribed statutory and time limits

  • Generate and present MIS reports

a      Ensure proper documentation for LC opening, shipping documents and transit insurance of import items

a      Procurement of un-activated cards on time for further supply to distributors

a      Timely activations and validations of ITZ Cards on receipt from DS / DL

Ensure error free deployment to ensure smooth functioning of application

 

Maintenance and up gradation of web application
