Targeting nuclear families and couples working in the IT and ITeS sectors and other enterprises, Zee Interactive Learning Systems Ltd (ZILS) is in the process of setting up about 35 Kidz Care centres across the country to help couples manage their kids. The first centre in the South was inaugurated in Hyderabad, near the Indian School of Business, Microsoft and Infosys campuses. “As we find the services sector offering more jobs to women, we are witness to more nuclear families where both husband and wife are working. This has meant a lot of problems for such couples in managing their kids. These Zee centres are aimed at helping them through the crucial phase of managing children in the age group of 6 months to 12 years. These centres will have different modules addressing each age segment,” stated Arun Khetan, CEO, ZILS. Ten more Kidz Care centres will be operational within three months and all 35 will be established through franchisees before the end of the current fiscal. The first Kidz Care centre was set up in Delhi. More centres will come up in Bangalore, Mumbai, Kolkata and Gurgaon.
