The Essel Group has started a wellness venture in USA spanning multiple verticals. The company – Veria - will set up a portal, a television channel, meditation centres and also kick off merchandising activities.

Vernia will be headed by Dheeraj Kapuria who will be based in USA. Dheeraj was earlier heading Zee’s International Business.

Bharat Ranga who was Business Head for Zee’s cinema channels will now take over the International Business operations.
