G Balachandran has joined Pan India Network Infravest Pvt Ltd (Playwin) on June 4, 2007, to head the HR department.

Balachandran has a Masters degree in Banking and Finance and has also completed a Master of Management Studies programme (MMS) specialising in Personal Management. Prior to joining Playwin, Balachandran was the General Manager (HR) for GO Airlines (India) Pvt Ltd.

Balachandran has a rich experience of 13 years in the HR field in different industries - airlines, service, fine chemicals, diamond manufacturing, retail and FMCG.
