Ishan Madaan: Hello there
Our friendship can't be categorised into types. Its unmatchable and incomparable. Here it goes ....

We two Nawaabs

Ishan Madaan, that’s me, beginning to captain this tale;
My friend Fahim Anwar on other side is controlling the sail.

Referring him as a friend, philosopher and guide;
Who made my first job, a smooth and comfortable ride.

Individual work or working together;
Can’t do without him, his experience matter.

Alone in this unknown city, his presence do count;
When the time is tough and problems mount.

Strengthening our bond are the qualities we share;
Find all in us, you find them rare.

Sales Targets are now Choco-Pie and work has become Fun;
Our Den is Lucknow, where we enjoy like none.

Best Friends@Dishtv

My friendship with SP started with a sweet smile...
I never knew that this friendship will last memories in a pile...
At one time I thought for a while...
Will this friendship go for miles...!!!

Slowly & Steadily our friendship became stronger…
We started having lunch together…
I was a little shy at that time…
As if I was hiding a crime!!!

At times there r many up and downs..
Sometimes we giggle...sometimes we frown...
But the internal emotion for each other remains the same…
The anger is just finished off with a fun blame game!!

Care, share and bare is all in our friendship...
fun n frolic is all in one dip...
coke, pepsi having in one sip...
kicking on the hip n getting back a flip...
At that time our friendship is at the mountain tip...

We are neither like Jai-Veeru nor Tom-Jerry..
There is different relation we carry…
We are three powerpuff girls of our own kind…
Who have left the whole world behind…
Swati, Parul & Rashi are known for their bond…
Like three beautiful swans living together in a pond!!

The nine hours in office with them are quite blissful,
They have made my life enjoyable n colourful…!
May our friendship become an example!!
Like 3 idiots we are also a different sample!!
May we get blessings of god in ample!!!

Rana Singh: The fact of the point is that when I was young (in school), I thought the entire world is nice. As we used to recite daily that “All Indians are my brothers and sisters”, and I thought that every person can be a friend. And a definition of a friend that time meant someone who you can have a fun with, someone who you can share your secrets with and someone who you would expect to help you when you are in desperate need. Everyone seemed completely white to me but as I grew up and stopped reciting that All Indians are my brothers and sisters ,it was then I realised that freindship was much beyond this.
As we walk our path of life,
We meet people everyday.
Most are simply met by chance.
But, some are sent our way
And here friends let me introduce Commander of Brigades…….well that’s nick name he has choosed for himself and if I tell You why then my only doubt is…….Who will cry while you die laughing ?
Commander mostly breathes loudspeaker-molested atmosphere in Nagpur. He has lived a few paradoxes: Advisory Director at a Management Institute, maverick Monk, enlightened non-being and a part time human and full-time humorist and lastly Jack of all Trades. His philosophy of life is very simple-Fish don't try and swim, they just swim. Flowers don't try and bloom, they just bloom. Birds don't try to fly, they just fly..."
Friendship isn't always easily described. The Eskimos, they say, have a hundred different words for snow. Unfortunately, the English language isn't quite as innovative, though it has vast opportunities to differentiate meaning.
Instead of different words, however, we're stuck with simple adjectives. Close friend. Best friend. Childhood friend. Intimate friend. Trusted friend. Beloved friend. But whether you use adjectives or different words, few could deny the nearly infinite meaning in such a simple word.
Friends are special people. We can't pick our family, and we're sorely limited in the number of them at any rate. Society and mores (and often our own conscience) dictate we select a single mate. But our friends can be as diverse and infinite as the adjectives we choose. Our friends, in a very real sense, reflect the choices we make in life.
I first saw Commander in one of our business meets,a simple and very down to earth man standing with a huge Canon footage camera standing aloof. Now it is an another point that whatever footage his camera has captured till date has not been seen by anybody even he has’nt seen as when once we went to Canon service Centre.
They told us ‘’Sir probably you will have to go to Moon to get this repaired’’ and we are still waiting for Mr. Richard Branson’s low cost Moon trip to be announced.
So I was on the verge of finishing Commander’s introduction ..well
Prabhat Mishra (Commander) is an interesting read, even when he is writing on a subject as below the ankle as football.
When asked to describe himself he once said: “Well, blah blah blah blah blah blah blah… And oh, I forgot, blah blah blah.” Now, you know the kind of guy we are talking about.
He has a solid fan following – once you enter Nagpur boundaries air/land as water is not there you will start to get a feel of it all round..
Here is a sample sentence from him:
Bangkok, though it sounds like someone with very limited command over the English language crudely telling you to engage in leisurely activites, is an actual city situated in Thailand.
So by now you might have got the feeling of his omni presence 
Let me tell you a brief incident when he sat for his placements in one of the top MNC’s at IIM’s before the interviewer could start playing with his pranks.Let us hear Commander’s interrogation in his own words-
“Are you really happy at your job, Sir ? And what makes you so ecstatic at work, if I may ask ?”
“Do you have really beautiful women in your Organisation ? I mean, even rough approximations of Katrina or Angelina ? Do you encourage dates, Sir, either blind or visually vivid ones, with colleagues ? And a last question, Sir, given the high costs of dining out, do you fund these dates ?”
“What is the best and worst thing that has happened to habitual latecomers in your fine Organisation ?”
He gradually progressed to more complex and interesting questions, such as –
“Sir, can you tell me how you segment consumers in your industry ?” (rest assured, questions on consumer segmentation can never be answered correctly)
“Sir, how can smokers light up in your Company, without breaking the law ?” (from my years of experience, atleast one member of the interview panel will be a smoker, and hence likely to be an implicit breaker of the law. You will therefore never get a honest reply.)
Here's another story you might enjoy reading:

Me, Prabhat, Sonam and Somu went for Swimming in the recreational centre at Nagpur. So we all went on Prabhat's card. We went as Prabhat's guests, so we had to give in our names.

We said, lets do something funny, instead of giving real names, we gave them fake names.

Prabhat said: Prabhat Mishra
Sonam: Prabhat Jha
and when I told my name: Prabhat Singh
The recreationalist was amused at our common names and then when finally Somu declared his- Prabhat Ghosh…she started laughing with her colleague catching her other wise she would have started rolling on the floor

But any ways we kept going regularly, but now our in their record my name is Prabhat Singh
Prabhat’s love for science made him think that he was destined to be a scientist. I know it is hard to believe but he still has his own laboratory in his bunglow. It has different kinds rock, plastics, glass pieces, leaves and what not. He even has a microscope made of a shoe-box, a hollow aggarbati pipe and a broken 100 watts bulb filled with water. He would even embark on one of those walks of self-discovery because he was told that`s what scientists did. Stay aloof. And after joining Braincafe he has declared himself to be the next Albert Einstein and started his quest to prove all the inventions made by the Senior Einstein were hypothetical.
Once his pen exploded on his shirt 5 minutes before we had a meeting with a client. We had no back up for clothes so we looked around and found a laboratory and borrowed a lab coat to cover the stains. Our client, who was dressed in an expensive suit, stared at him the entire time wondering why he had been wearing a lab coat. And at last to clear his doubts I just told him that its Japanese way of dressing which Prabhat rigorously followed ever since he has returned from Tokyo 

Brownian thought
This was one of our business presentations plans to made at one of our national meets, everybody was like what to do ,how with all iffs and buts . Many people woke up for the entire night to complete their presentation while me and Commander just skipped away to the nearby pool, had a full night sleep and then when just when we had 10 mintues to present,we were ready with Brownian Thought and we ended up winning the business plan event
Parag-karnade speaking-
This was when we (Commander,me & Parag)were travelling in a local train in Mumbai towards Churchgate. I was just telling commander and Parag about an earlier incident when a man jumped from a running train and killed himself and then such was our reputation on Parag that as I chose to speak something so that only Prabhat could hear and this caught the fascination of Parag who thought we are planning to push him out of the running train and he was so frightened that as soon as the train stopped the next station he boarded out and ran away out of our sight .
Major Chain Tie up-
This was when we were sitting with one of our prospective clients trying very hard to negotiate to close the deal that very day…..the man sitting on the other side of the table was a seasoned education industry professional who was just in the mood to dictate his terms with his never ending stories but then we started playing game , while I became the scape goat and Prabhat quickly changed his colors and started to play on the client’s side and even today the client would not have realized that how and when Prabhat braught him back to our terms where even he felt that this was the best option and gave his nod without any direct pressure. A true marketing genius he is, appreciating him would be a mockery of his flamboyant skills and unmatched professional and personal skills.

Well I want to speak about our 100’s of sarcastic encounters but you all have to wait for some time till I complete his autobiography. He is among that rare breed of friends who are on the verge of extinction. A man of self esteem, dignity and larger than life picture still only in his 20’s.
A real Jai-Veeru Jodi aka Commander-Captain Jodi of Zee Braincafe ,we are.
Commander, "We've shared many smiles and many tears, but nothing beats the laughter which we create when we are together, Its you and him."

Mala Nellissery: I have a best friend in office. Veena & Lismin are my best friends.
A friend plays a major role in everyone's life. Best friend becomes a part of the family who is there to share your joy and happiness and at the same time to be a part of due when you are sad.

A friend is a precious gift from God. A true friend reaches for your hand and touches your heart.

Friendship needs no words - it is solitude.

Prabhat Mishra: A friend in need is a friend indeed. This famous saying holds true. A true friend never sees only your good days and good deeds but he stands by you even on the darkest day of your life. Rana Pratap Singh or “Captain”(that’s what I call him) and I am a part of Brain Café sales team. We have been friends since a year now.
On many occasions I happen to forget something or the other, as it usually happens with everybody. But I make it a point that such blunders are not noticed by “Captain” otherwise they become a yearlong joke and an element of entertainment for everyone When “Captain” and I am around. To be honest I love his “pulling my leg” as this not only keeps our friendship lively but also makes everybody laugh and enjoy the time they spend with us ,adding more and more happy memories to life. “Captain” too is human and so sometimes he too gets trapped
Once “Captain” wanted to find out when an egg breaks in boiling water, he prepared everything and dropped it in the water, after dropped he looked at his stop watch, he realized he was holding the egg in his hand, we know where the stop watch was?
Yet another time “Captain’s” Birthday-We have regular birthday celebrations and as a mandatory thing for birthday we have birthday cakes. Almost all the time the cake is of chocolate flavor, which he dislike, so he had never eaten the birthday cake. But, it came as a pleasant surprise to him when this time he came to know in one of the birthday cakes that cake is of vanilla flavor. He thought, that this time, probably compensating for all his earlier misses he would have a very big share. After all the necessary rituals of the birthday were done, it was time for cake cutting. There were a few candles on the cake and they were swiftly blown off to mark the official cutting of the cake. As there were a lot many of us, looking for their piece of share, from limited cake there was a chaos. Like everyone, He picked up whatever share He got. but while as he was eating the cake there was something sticky in between his teeth’s. He thought, it to be some ingredient of a quality cake. But after continuous chewing of 10 more second he realized it that it was something very typical. He rushed to washbasin near by and then realized, He chewed one candle thinking that it wasa part of the cake. Anyway, it was not very late as this total incident lasted for some 40 seconds.
I have learnt that there are fair-weather friends. These people will be with you only in good times and desert you the moment your chips are down. A good friend stands you in good stead all throughout your life. You get strength, inspiration and happiness in such a relationship. “Captain” has been all of this to me.
Once I nearly fought with a bouncer, he saved me. He thought that no good would come from bad actions and to get good things in life one must do good things too. Like you throw flowers towards the sky they fall on you. So if you were to throw a handful of stones, they would also fall on your head. I shall remember this always.
There is so much I learn from him each day. He motivates and encourages me to do well in all I do.
His virtue of patience and compassion for all is indeed amazing. That soft spoken countenance and dignity with which he conducts himself shows his good culture and upbringing. Even though he is from a typical middle class family, his fundamentals and beliefs are very strong. I am proud to be his friend. He is indeed my best friend. Together we are already popular in office as Jai-Veeru Jodi.

piyush Sharma: Bengali & Haryanvi
Physics say "Opposites attract each other". Same is the case between us. Sandeep Malakar (the Bong) and I am The Haryanvi Chora. Sandeep is the silent, humble and gullible guy and I m the loud and blunt brat. He spends each penny very wisely and with me it’s all about splurging. He eats to live and I live to eat. For him sweets are Sondesh, Mishti Doi, Rosagulla, etc and for me Laddoo is the only sweet that exists on the planet.
General traits of Bengalis are that they are intellectual and are good in reasoning. His friend who is a Haryanvi, for him ‘Grey cells…Do they exist’.
Still we get along very well. He is a mentor, a friend, a colleague and a good company.
Our journey started when Sandeep joined Zee Bangla (5th Aug’2011). Since the day he joined, channel ratings have gone up, revenue has gone up, bosses are happy as he knows Kala Jaadoo. Bringing in the actual facts, our friendship started with the TAM classes to Sandeep to share the basics. With every TAM session, he also started advising me on how to nurture relationships, to face the difficulties of life And to evolve as a professional and a stronger human being. Over the last few months we have become very good pals sharing secrets, light moments which we would cherish through out.

Jasmine Sodhi: ‘ A bundle of positive energy ’!
Yes that’s the phrase I’d use to describe my best friend at work & in life –Vidya Prakash! She’s the bubbliest soul around, smiling tirelessly all day long (wonder how she manages to do that??). Her charm & chirpiness is so contagious that I look forward to meeting her every morning in order to borrow some of the positivity that’ll help me go through the day.
She’s believes in spreading love & happiness & I take inspiration from her.
We have a strong telepathy & sometimes don’t even need words to communicate. She’s one person I can call even in the middle of the night & not feel sorry about it. Such is her accommodating disposition.
I believe & maintain that God sends Angels to people to take them through different phases in life and I’m glad to admit that I’ve found my ‘Angel’ in Vidya Prakash. Thank You God & Thank you Zee for being the platform for us to meet…God Bless u Doll!!

Vidya Prakash: Batman- Robin (:
TAGGED FOR LIFE with Jasmine Arora Sodhi! The name brings with it a bolt of brilliance! Just seven months of knowing her and she now plays multiple roles in my life- best friend, mentor, guide, philosopher, confidante, inspiration, MODEL and one of the prime reasons i look forward to coming to work.

From the day we met, we hit it like a house on dazzling fires! Other than work, we've dreamed, sighed, laughed, gossiped, shopped, and cried together. Our conversations are endless and every breather at work would mean running to the other's desk. We love food, dance and mostly the same kind of music! Well, mostly! hahaha bet she's smiling as she reads this. We can have a decent conversation with just facial expressions! beat that! (:

Lucky to have this amazing girl, not just uber gorgeous but just as beautiful on the inside, as my fraaand!

Through thick or thin, we're hooked as besties for life!
