My role involves managing overall sales and sales-related activities including service and revenue from existing subscribers, new customer acquisition for a designated region with a clear objective of keeping high active subscriber base. It also involves reaching our customer base by ensuring recharge distribution from different channels and distribution network expansion.

I believe in staying fit and so my day begins with a morning walk as it is one of the easiest ways to stay fit and healthy in our busy life. Before heading to office, I prefer to have a heavy breakfast as this helps me to be energetic to perform my tasks for a longer time.
Soon after I reach office, I do a conference call with my entire team and discuss their plans and what is expected from them for that particular day. It also includes planning strategies to expand the business, guiding my team to increase their sales productivity and resolving the issues, which they face in the market.
As most of the time I am on field, I do not carry lunch box but to keep myself healthy, I try to have my food on time. I am a foodie and love to explore new cuisines everyday. Lunch hour means a perfect time to taste different cuisines at different restaurants.
A successful life is one that is lived through understanding and pursuing one's own path and not by chasing others' dreams. I've got a passion for solving problems, which I think I can solve in new ways. I have no Napoleonic dream. I'm just hard-working and pragmatic.
I usually reach home late and exhausted but I try my best to give quality time to my family because it is my biggest asset. Before going to bed, I spend some time preparing strategy for next day.
