Aamir Khan delighted his fans when he descended on the sets of Zee TV's Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Li'l Champs. He sang songs, enacted scenes from his movies and signed autographs.

Aamir arrived for the shoot a good twenty minutes ahead of time. Quite contrary to his otherwise serious image, he was sporting enough to break into the 'Aati Kya Khandala' jig with the contestant Vasundhara. The then enacted the famous 'Zara AC idhar karna' scene from Rangeela for li'l Tanmay. Aamir sat through the entire shoot and was touched by the impressive performances of his own songs by the little ones. He was full of praise and encouragement for them.

It was then time for autographs and Aamir signed Sonu Nigam's old personal diary. Sonu, an ardent Aamir fan, had carefully cultivated a personal diary, capturing hundreds of pictures of the superstar through the years. Sonu told Aamir that he had idolised him since he was knee-high, watched every film of his, read every interview and even dreamt of enjoying a female fan following like his. Aamir was very touched on seeing the diary.
