Double delight for d2h, wins two accolades for its consumer campaign

At a glittering ceremony held in the capital on 20th December, 2019 at Taj Mahal Hotel, Dish TV India Ltd., the world's largest single-country DTH Company got commended with the Award for Best Consumer Insight by the Economic Times at the ET Now: Star of the Industry Award for its d2h brand. Besides being lauded for its contribution for its campaign 'You Promise, We Recharge', the company also secured a Bronze under the category of 'Technology and Communications' at DMA Asia Echo Awards 2019 for the d2h brand for the same campaign.

The campaign was built on the fact that d2h understands that customer may have forgotten or missed for genuine reasons, recharging their d2h account on the due date. d2h came up with a simple solution to keep the TV viewing uninterrupted, centered around the creative idea of 'aaj udhar, kal nakad' campaign.

Through one text message to subscribe at Rs.10 per month the customer can enjoy 3 days of credit in his d2h account so that he can continue watching his TV while getting 3 days more to recharge. The campaign carried on d2h on TV channels and other regular customer communication channels like SMS & emails, was a spectacular business success with a huge number of customers for this service.
