The MD & CEO of EBEX, Mr Irendra Chhabra, has been honoured with the award of 'Business Transformational Leader of the year', during the Business Transformation Summit held in Mumbai on 5th December 2017. This comes close on the heels of EBEX being felicitated for being the best shared services provider in India serving the Indian market, at the 7th Shared Services Forum Conclave 2017, on 24th November 2017, in New Delhi.

While all leaders discussed how transformation can become the game changer, innovation & technology being the key, Irendra Chhabra from EBEX conveyed his idea of transformation being at the organizational culture level. “Business transformation is a journey and not a means to an end.
